Scott's PEAR_PackageUpdate_Gtk2 is in PEAR now. It gives you the ability to check for updates of packages via PEAR and displays a user-friendly dialog to choose wether to update or not.

Hi,

This message is actually for Christien, but I figured others would like to know this, too, so I'm posting in public rather than sending a private message...

Now that Zeta is out (yahoo! and congratulations to all the dev people!) can I simply overwrite the dll in my Gnope installation? Or will that screw things up? Are you working on a pear package for the new dll?

Take care.
