Under the Download section you will find a link called "MOSE", which is nothing more than a very very short PHP-GTK2 application.
Once you have installed our Gnope Download (Release 1.0 or later) you might download the MOSE and extract it with WinZip...
Open a DOS Window and change to the installation directory.
For those who forgot it:

the CD command is very helpful 
if you are there, start the program by typing
"php main.php"
that should open your first PHP-GTK program.
